HFG Charity Golf Day: Burhill 2021

Back to Blogs

October 2021 saw the welcome return of HFG’s charity golf days!

Following over 18 months away due to Covid, we were delighted to welcome over 55 clients for a day at Burhill Golf Club, Surrey.

This year saw the HFG pin flags scattered around Burhill’s famous Old Course:

“Designed by Willie Park Junior and opened in 1907, this beautiful parkland course has a timeless charm and some enjoyable challenges. The smooth greens are quick and undulating, with some original features blending well with recent course changes, ensuring today’s longer hitters are still well tested.”

Using the GDScore Live Scoring system we played both individual and team stableford competitions. Congratulations to the winners below:

Team Stableford:

1st Place – Team Brown – Mark Brown/Rob Callan/ Martin Vincent/ Steve Thomas

You can find the team leaderboard here.

Most importantly, we were delighted to have raised £940 for Step by Step – a school for children with autism and would like to thank all who attended for their generous donations.

We look forward to seeing you all again next time.
