Our commitment to the environment.

At HFG, we understand that despite the shift towards digital, paper still plays a role in recruitment. CVs get printed, by clients, by us and by candidates preparing for interviews. It’s a habit that’s hard to break, even with the best intentions.

Rather than fight it, we’ve decided to help balance it out. Through our partnership with One Tree Planted, HFG commits to donating two trees for every placement we make. This initiative helps us give back to the environment and ensure that for every CV printed, something positive is being done in return.

Why trees?

Trees are one of the simplest and most effective ways to offset paper usage. On average, each tree provides enough paper for roughly 4,000 CVs. HFG expects to plant between 600 and 700 trees each year — enough to produce between 2.5 million and 3 million CVs!

A small step, a lasting impact

We’re proud that HFG’s growth can also contribute to reforestation, biodiversity, cleaner air and a healthier planet.

Because while recruitment will always involve people, it doesn’t have to cost the earth.
