Celebrating milestones: 5, 10 and 20 year anniversaries at HFG
At HFG, we believe great people are the foundation of everything we do. This month, we’re proud to recognise four team members who have hit major work anniversaries with us – a combined 45 years of loyalty and impact.
Mark Dainty - 20 years at HFG
Mark joined HFG in 2005, bringing with him valuable experience as an Actuarial Consultant. His deep technical understanding and passion for the profession helped shape our actuarial recruitment division into one of the most trusted in the market. Over two decades, Mark progressed through the company to his current role, Managing Director: Life, Pensions & Investment. Beyond HFG, he plays a key role in the wider recruitment and actuarial communities. Mark currently serves as Chair of the Finance Sector at APSCo and as Chair of the Staple Inn Actuarial Society (SIAS) — underlining his dedication to supporting and advancing the industry as a whole.
Vicky Cheong - 5 years at HFG
Vicky joined us in 2019 and has since become a driving force behind our Asia business, managing both the Hong Kong and Malaysia offices. Her strong relationships, regional knowledge, and leadership have been essential in growing our presence across Asia. Vicky has played a key role in developing our team in the region and expanding the HFG brand into new markets. Her impact in just five years has been remarkable – and there’s much more to come!
Lauren Assatourians - 10 years at HFG
A decade of excellence! Lauren joined HFG back in 2015 and has played an instrumental role in shaping our culture and operations ever since. Now our HR and Operations Manager, she’s the go-to person for everything from onboarding and wellbeing to office management and event planning. Fun fact: the very first person she interviewed at HFG was Stephen Farquhar – and they're still here, ten years on!
Stephen Farquhar - 10 years at HFG
Joining HFG in 2015 as a Marketing Assistant, Stephen has helped shape the voice, brand, and digital presence of the company across a transformative decade. Now our Marketing Manager, his work spans everything from events, content, and campaigns to social media and employer branding. A decade of creativity and commitment to quality, we’re incredibly grateful for what he brings to the business!
