Congratulations to Jake Morton and Bertie Hayward!
Jake Morton – Associate Director
Since joining HFG in 2017, Jake has been a key member of our Actuarial and Risk team. With experience that spans both the UK and APAC regions, Jake spent two years leading our Actuarial, Risk, and Analytics desk in Singapore before returning to the UK in 2021. His wealth of experience and market knowledge has earned him the trust of clients and candidates alike.
As Associate Director, Jake will continue to manage the GI Actuarial and Risk team, focusing on delivering top talent and building strong partnerships across the insurance sector.
Bertie Hayward – Senior Consultant
Bertie joined HFG in December 2022 as an Associate Consultant and quickly made his mark. His results and ability to build lasting relationships saw him promoted to Consultant earlier this year and now thanks to his continued outstanding performance, to Senior Consultant.
