Congratulations to Allianz for winning HFG’s latest Actuarial Football Tournament at Battersea Powerleague.
Eight teams competed to take HFG’s title from them (had to mention it didn’t we) and it was Allianz that were victorious, beating Liberty Specialty Markets 1-0 in a tightly contested final.
With only two sides progressing from each group of four, the initial round of games were nervy, competitive affairs with no margin for error!
Competition was fierce, yet sporting with numerous outstanding skills and goals on show.
The tournament was followed by well-deserved pizza and refreshments and an opportunity to catch up with fellow actuaries.
