HFG are currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Insurer who are seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their Financial Lines team.

My client is looking for 3-5+ years Claims Adjusting experience within the Financial Lines space, this role will be predominantly PI and FI with a small touch on Cyber Claims too. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new and growing Syndicate that offers equity shares for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess data regarding coverage, liability, and damages to gauge risk for insured parties and the company.
• Supervise assignments to experts and defence lawyers closely.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and establish enduring relationships with insured individuals, brokers, and partners.
• Inform insured parties about coverage decisions.
• Establish and oversee monetary reserves within set limits.
• Report to reinsurers and other insurance collaborators.
• Assist business executives as required on claims and underwriting matters.
• Attend mediations and trials, as needed.

Skills

• 3-6+ years experience as Claims Adjuster in London Market.
• Specific experience in handling Financial Lines and Cyber Claims.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and systems, including ECF.
