I am partnering with a leading Lloyd's Syndicate that is looking to appoint an experienced Underwriting Manager to join its expanding team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role will play a key part in driving delivery across the team's core pillars: Performance Management, Governance & Controls, and Insights & Analytics.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in underwriting controls, governance, and performance management within a Lloyd's environment, and will be confident working with Power BI and Excel.

  • Manage, coach, and develop analysts within the Underwriting Management team, providing effective leadership, oversight, and support.

  • Undertake additional duties as reasonably required to support the effective delivery of the role.

Regulatory & Conduct Responsibilities
