I am currently partnered exclusively with an Insurer who are seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their team on an initial 12M FTC, which is likely to be extended/made permanent.

This person will be handling Surety/PI Claims from the Italian market from FNOL to settlement, my client is looking for a native/fluent Italian speaker. This role can be aimed at an entry level candidate who can speak Italian or a senior professional with experience in Claims. My client is happy to train someone on the Claims front.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent customer service by proactively sharing information, responding to inquiries, and adhering to customer protocols and TCF guidelines.
• Overseeing all claims related to the Italian portfolio.
• Managing claims from the Italian Surety account in line with Quest's client requirements.
• Monitoring mailboxes and handling daily communications with customers, Quest's client, solicitors, and other third parties.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, including confidentiality policies and internal controls, while identifying and reporting potential fraud where appropriate.
