After the successful growth of their bulk annuity book through 2025, the client is looking for Pension Operations specialist to join the industry's fastest growing and most exciting provider.

From a central specialist team you will look after policyholders by overseeing the outsourced pension administration providers. The role is focused on process and systems improvements, quality of service and ensuring regulatory controls.

In summary:

• Oversight of outsourced administration team on technical pensions queries
• Review complex funding calculations and work with actuaries to resolve queries.
• Collaborate on technical cases and respond to complex admin questions.
• Manage the management information (MI) reporting
• Take responsibility for trustee clients and partners.

Requirements

• Technical understanding of defined benefit (DB) pension schemes.
• Knowledge of complex pension calculations and administration processes.
• Familiarity with buy-ins, buy-outs, and transitions.
