We have partnered with a leading Lloyd's syndicate to find them a Head of Capital. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the Capital function and drive profitability alongside senior management. The role is broad but includes:

• Developing a team with two direct reports and a model is currently in Remetrica (Not a prerequisite).
• Lead the preparation of the SCR for the Lloyd's capital submission.
• Work closely with Lloyd's and the PRA.
• Drive the development of the capital model with the team.
• Large input into strategic decision making through RI purchasing, business planning, Risk management etc.
• Deliver capital results to senior management and the board of directors.
• Liaise with the internal validation/risk teams.
• Work closely with Chief Actuary on exciting projects across the business.
