New Vacancy - Executive Loss/Claims Adjuster (Casualty)

I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Insurer who are seeking a Executive Loss Adjuster to join their growing Casualty team.

This role will look at a number of complex Casualty losses all over the world, particularly in the US and the UK. London Market experience is essential for this role as well as strong technical claims background in EL, PL and Products.

Key Responsibilities

• You will manage both formal and informal referrals from team members who exceed their financial or coverage authority or lack expertise in a particular area.
• You will work to negotiate settlements of claims with various parties involved, such as policy holders, insurers, brokers, and third parties, to achieve successful outcomes.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members on the claims assessment process to ensure a consistent approach.
• Representation at internal and external meetings, including discussions with brokers, clients, and local market representatives.
• Involvement in technical projects as assigned and assistance in preparing management reports on major claims issues within specific lines of business.
