A fast-growing insurance company is currently seeking a compliance officer to join their monitoring and assurance team.

This is a broad role, one that will see you take ownership for a number of duties. These include:

• Keeping up-to-date with any FCA / PRA regulatory requirements in order to provide clear advice to the business
• Independently leading SM&CR activity and liaising with all relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance is always maintained
• Keeping the Head of Advisory informed of any identified issues or regulatory developments
• Acting as 2LOD approver of financial promotions
• Providing advice and support on regulatory matters in company projects, such as the implementation of new regulation
• Providing summarised reports and newsletters on legal and regulatory requirements
• Developing appropriate procedures and controls
• Creating quarterly board reports

You will:

• Have compliance experience gained within general insurance
• Possess advanced SM&CR knowledge
• Have experience of executing individual and company applications
