Job description

A leading Financial Services company is looking for an ambitious and collaborative professional to join the Business Process Improvement team, to contribute to key projects that drive operational effectiveness throughout the organisation. You will work alongside Business Process Improvement Analysts to foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting diverse teams to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and uncover new opportunities through data-driven insights. This is an opportunity for you to build your career in Process Improvement and train to become a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· Have proven experience with Power BI: DAX, data modelling, and dashboard design
· Advanced proficiency in Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualisation
· Have Strong analytical skills: Be able to interpret data, identify patterns, and apply statistical tools effectively.
· Process-Oriented Thinking: Understands workflows and can spot inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
· Change Agent Mentality: Willing to challenge the status quo and drive transformation.
· Be self-motivated & curious: Eager to learn and apply new methodologies, not just follow instructions.
