​Nidhi joined HFG with a background in Human Resource Management and a strong foundation in strategic resourcing and people analytics. She holds an MSc in International Human Resource Management (CIPD Level 7) from Queen Mary University of London.

Prior to joining HFG, Nidhi worked in talent coordination and full-cycle recruitment across technology and financial services markets, partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, manage end-to-end processes, and deliver data-informed hiring solutions. Her academic research focused on employee engagement and organisational commitment, further strengthening her understanding of workplace culture and workforce strategy.

Outside of work, Nidhi enjoys reading, exploring new cuisines and watching films.
