That discovery led her to pivot into recruitment, where she specialised in tech and engineering roles. Recruitment has become the space where her technical knowledge and people-focused nature come together. She is passionate about building authentic relationships and focused on delivering accurate talent matches, strong partnerships, and a clear, confident experience for both clients and candidates. Outside of work Leyshya enjoys café hopping and travelling.
