HFG are currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Insurer who are seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster specializing in D&O to join their Financial Lines team.

This role will cover various jurisdictions and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the London Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and resolve claims by collaborating with various parties such as policyholders, brokers, solicitors, and insurers.
• Take ownership of caseload to ensure prompt resolution, accurate reserving, and cost control.
• Adhere to company processes and Claims Proposition to uphold high service standards and meet compliance requirements.
• Work as part of a team to achieve goals and maintain service standards with third-party providers.
• Represent insurer at various meetings and build strong client relationships.
• Provide support to team members, managers, and underwriters.
• Preferably have 5+ years of experience in Financial Lines Claims and Directors and Officers Liability claims, with knowledge of insurance coverage issues.
• Completion or pursuit of ACII or equivalent qualifications is preferred.
• Legal background is preferred.
