The role

• Manage all aspects of reinsurance claims handling, including CLASS ECF, IMR, LORS and A&S

• Review and validate claim submissions, calculate reinstatement premiums, and resolve queries efficiently

• Build, develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and market participants

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

• Strong knowledge of reinsurance claims

• Experience with reinsurance claims handling, reinstatement premiums, and technical accounting within the London Market

• A solid understanding of the Lloyd's and wider London insurance market

• Knowledge of premium and proportional treaty business (advantageous)

• Hands-on experience with CLASS ECF, IMR, LORS and A&S

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders (e.g. IBA)

• Clear and effective communication skills

• A willingness and motivation to pursue professional qualifications
