• Lead and challenge syndicate capital model reviews, including annual submissions and major model changes.
• Provide expert guidance on complex capital modelling issues and support senior leadership in decision-making.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across syndicates, regulators, and internal committees to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with underwriting, exposure, and reserving teams to ensure aligned and effective oversight.
• Contribute to innovation in capital methodologies and lead key projects.
• Mentor junior actuaries and promote technical excellence across the team.
