A rapidly-expanding Insurtech firm is looking to appoint a Head of AI Engineering to head up and build the end-to-end AI product strategy. You will set the technical and cultural foundation of the AI organisation. You will also shape the engineering culture, hiring strategy, and long-term technical direction. You will own AI quality, reliability and scalability end-to-end. This is not a pure management role - you lead by building.

Key Requirements

· 10+ years of engineering experience

· Deep level of ML expertise

· Experience leading engineers by example

· Strong Python-heavy coding ability

· Proven track record shipping AI-heavy products
