The role involves close interaction with group finance, external auditors, and regulators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of CAA regulatory reporting and related submissions
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with Luxembourg accounting and regulatory requirements
  • Acting as a key point of contact for external auditors, regulators, and advisors
  • Supporting year-end audit processes and regulatory reviews
  • Improving reporting processes, controls, and documentation
  • Supporting ad-hoc financial and regulatory projects as required

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience preparing accounts under Lux GAAP
  • Exposure to CAA regulatory reporting (insurance or reinsurance background preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Luxembourg statutory and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience working with auditors and regulatory bodies
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders across locations

Desirable Experience

  • Background in insurance, reinsurance, or broader financial services
  • Solvency II reporting exposure
  • Experience working in an international or group environment

If you're a London-based accountant with Lux GAAP and CAA reporting experience and would like to discuss this opportunity confidentially, please get in touch.
