An insurance organisation that operates in the Lloyd's and Company markets has an opening on a 12-month fixed-term basis for a consumer duty / conduct risk specialist.

In this role, you will take the lead on all product governance, conduct risk and complaints matters.

The firm operates a hybrid working pattern and anticipate you will be in the office 3 days each week.

It is essential that you have a good knowledge of consumer duty regulation and have worked in the conduct risk / compliance team of a general insurance business.
