The Role:

• Will drive the delivery of strategic initiatives,
• Manage cross-functional projects, and
• Ensuring alignment across multiple functions, including risk, underwriting, exposure management, reserving and capital.
• The role plays a key part in emerging risk identification, driving strategic insights, and market engagement. This role supports the Director of Class Underwriting Performance & Solutions and the Director of Catastrophe Risk & Reinsurance Analytics.
• Manage the strategic direction and implantation of the Underwriting Solutions team.
