The Role

- Support approval & monitoring of Business Plans (including mid- year updates)
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance and profitability
- Use an analyse detailed UW data to inform decisions
- Collaborate with a team of 9 - replacing someone from an UW background
- Managing UWing/Profit and Loss
- Serve as the lead day to day contact for UWing matters

What They're Looking For:

- Must be a seasoned Underwriter (company or Lloyd's market)
- Direct experience in both hard & soft markets
- Any class of business (direct or reinsurance)
- Strong understanding of portfolio P&L drivers
- Confidence to challenge and influence CUOs and other senior leaders
- Excellent communicator and strategic thinker
