I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Broker who are seeking a Senior Delegated/Binding Authority Technician to join their growing team.

My client is looking for an experienced technician in the DA/Binding Authority space with 5+ years experience to help with the preparation of new/existing binding authorities including endorsements, cover and debit notes, bordereaux processing, lineslips and more. This is a unique role that offers a 4 day working week with full pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate new or renewed Binding Authorities and associated documents.
• Create and review documentation for placement in Lloyd's and Company market.
• Coordinate with X-Changing and other offices for Cover and Debit Notes.
• Assist in broking presentations and slip endorsements for new and existing business.
• Manage slips, proposal forms, policy schedules, and endorsements.
• Compile triangulations monthly.
• Handle risk and premium bordereau processing.
• Process claims bordereau and collections promptly.
• Provide claims history and analysis to stakeholders.
• Support compliance and regulatory tasks.
• Manage accounts procedures and financial reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate Client Money calculations and transfers.
• Communicate with Velonetic for premium payments and assist with premium signing queries.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Understand and utilize various documentation systems such as DCOM, DA SATS, Atlas, Crystal and ECF/CLASS System.
