HFG are currently recruiting on behalf of top Lloyd's Syndicates and MGA's for Senior Claims Adjusters, specialising in Financial Lines.

Key Responsibilities

* Effectively managing a variety of Financial Lines claims from initiation to resolution, employing appropriate expertise to investigate coverage and liability aspects of each case.

* Consistently following the applicable claims reserving philosophy and claims standards, and referring cases as necessary.

* Collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders such as policyholders, brokers, co-insurers, actuaries, and underwriters.

* Ensuring compliance with best practices, service standards, and communication protocols through system reporting and internal file audits.

* Complying with approved Panel list by providing guidance to external lawyers and adjusters when necessary.

* Partnering with underwriters and business development managers to foster positive working practices and client relationships.

* Maintaining accurate and organised records for each claim.
