Job description
We have partnered with a leading insurer to recruit a First Line Risk Consultant. This role focuses on collaborating with the Commercial team to identify, assess, mitigate, report, and monitor risks, ensuring alignment with the business plan and the successful achievement of key objectives. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively providing risk advice and support to management.
- Enhancing risk awareness across the business, recommending and implementing effective strategies to manage risks.
- Contributing to the establishment of robust governance by supporting reporting processes and management committees.
- Leading the development and integration of risk appetite within the Commercial business.
