I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are seeking a Marine Claims Adjuster to join their growing team.

My client is looking for someone with 2/3+ years adjusting London Market Marine Claims. This role will work closely with the Marine team as well as the Head of Marine Claims and will cover all sub classes of Marine.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Underwriting & Claims in retaining and attracting clients.
• Collaborating with Underwriting, Engineering, and Actuarial teams on portfolio management, risk mitigation, policy language, and claim trends.
• Increasing exposure and recognition of the Marine Claims team through Claims+ services, attending meetings, and pursuing business development opportunities at industry events.
• Coordinating with market surveyors, adjusters, and legal professionals as needed.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between the company and clients to provide valuable insights.
• Adhering to authority requirements and undergoing annual financial authority reviews.
• Managing third-party relationships with delegated claims handling authority.
