A London Insurance Syndicate is looking for a IT Vendor Manager, responsibly for the day-to-day delivery of the business's outsourced IT and security services. Including overseeing control frameworks and implementing new processes.

Responsibilities & Experience:

-Manage technology vendors

-Management of core. outsourced IT services contract

-Project management, with an internal focus on Blueprint 2 and SharePoint

-On site IT support and triage of issues prior to escalation to the relevant supplier

-Ongoing development of governance and controls around IT and data

-Auditor (both internal and external) liaison and response

-Experience within the insurance market

-The ability to collaborate and develop trusted working relationships with stakeholders

-A keen focus on accuracy and attention to detail

-Highly numerate and clear communicator

-Strong problem-solving skills
