Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a client portfolio, ensuring timely debt collection and liability settlement.

Investigate and match cash entries promptly to maintain accurate accounting ledgers.

• Act as the primary contact for internal divisions and external brokers to resolve complex queries and manage bad debt.
• Ensure strict adherence to FCA CASS 5 Client Money Rules and group policies.
• Produce accurate Management Information (MI) to track and support ledger performance.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in an IBA (Insurance Broker Accounts) function is essential.
• Ability to interpret insurance slips, premium lifecycles (AP/RP), and claim payments.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with Websure is highly advantageous.
• Solid understanding of CASS 5 and client money handling.
