We have partnered with a CEO within the insurance sector to recruit an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to provide senior-level, right-hand support.

This is a high-trust role within a regulated, fast-paced insurance environment, requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities at executive level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full inbox and diary management, ensuring priorities and regulatory commitments are managed effectively

  • Complex UK and international travel coordination

  • Expenses management in line with internal policies and compliance requirements

  • Acting as a key gatekeeper and liaison with senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners

  • Supporting the CEO with day-to-day organisation, board-related scheduling, and workflow efficiency

The successful candidate will:

  • Have proven experience supporting a CEO or senior executive, ideally within insurance or financial services

  • Be comfortable operating in a regulated environment with strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrate absolute discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement

  • Be proactive, adaptable, and confident managing confidential information
