We have partnered with a leading insurer to help them find a Chief Risk Officer (CRO). This is an exceptional opportunity for someone ready to step into a CRO role or for those with prior CRO experience seeking broader exposure. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the operational management of the group risk management team and framework.
• Managing the risk appetite and key risk indicator frameworks, along with the preparation of Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) reports.
• Responsible for the development of an appropriate stress and scenario testing framework and operational risk scenario parameterisation.
• Mentoring and supporting the development of junior members of the risk management team.
• Responsible for the annual risk review process with risk group and risk category owners.
