HFG are currently recruiting for an established Lloyd's Broker who are seeking a Account Handler to join their growing team.

My client is looking for someone with 6+ years in an Account Handler/Technician role, this role will be heavily involved in the pre-renewals and renewals and they need someone with strong technical experience on the risk placement side. Someone with UK Retail experience in any sector is a must have for this role as well as someone who knows the market and coverage well.

Key Responsibilities

• Compiling insurance market presentations
• Collaborating with the Head of Broking to present risks to insurers
• Ensuring accurate information processing and record maintenance
• Creating and maintaining records on the CRM system
• Generating quotations
• Preparing pre-renewal and renewal reports for clients
• Helping with template preparation
• Updating shared Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
• Adhering to FCA regulations
• Assisting with mid-term adjustments
• Reviewing policy documents
• Logging and supporting with Claims inquiries
• Staying informed on standard clause changes and endorsements
