HFG are delighted to announce our partnership with the IFoA Foundation.
The IFoA Foundation is a recently formed charity that is an amalgamation of the profession's previous charities.
They are raising funds to support the actuarial community and to achieve their mission of 'Actuaries supporting others'. The vision is to open every door for the next generation of actuaries and to empower the profession to be transformative in addressing the greatest challenges of our time.
HFG's contribution will help fund education grants, mentoring and school engagement projects, all aiming to increase diversity in the actuarial workforce.
As the Foundation's first recruitment partner, work is already underway in helping aspiring actuaries from all backgrounds, supported by the Foundation’s programmes, prepare for the job market and take the next step in their career.
