Joel joined HFG with industry experience after working as an Underwriting Assistant for a reinsurer in London for over three years. He is now using his insurance knowledge and personable character to fulfil a career in recruitment.
Joel joins our Finance team to help source suitable candidates for roles and is enjoying his time in the industry.

Outside of work he played football to academy level in the UK and also in Spain, where he helped manage a restaurant alongside.
