HFG announces three internal promotions

HFG are delighted to announce the promotions of Rhianne Winnall, George Padden-Evans and Bertie Hayward to Principal Consultant.

These promotions recognise the hard work and continued contribution each individual has made to both their teams and the wider business. All three have consistently demonstrated strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills and a commitment to delivering excellent results for clients and candidates across their respective markets.

Rhianne Winnall- Principal Consultant

Since joining HFG’s GI Actuarial team in 2021 as an Associate Consultant, Rhianne has consistently progressed through the business and become a highly valued member of the team.

Over the past few years, she has built an excellent reputation across the actuarial market while also playing a key role in many of HFG’s actuarial events and networking initiatives.

Rhianne’s promotion reflects the significant contribution she continues to make to both her team and the wider business.

George Padden-Evans- Principal Consultant

George joined HFG’s Finance team in 2023 and has become a highly respected member of the business within the London Insurance market.

Through his recruitment expertise and market knowledge, George has continued to expand his network and develop excellent relationships across the market, making a strong contribution to both clients and colleagues.

His promotion recognises the excellent progress he has made since joining HFG and the positive impact he continues to have across the team.

Bertie Hayward- Principal Consultant

Since joining HFG’s Underwriting, Claims & Broking team in 2022 as an Associate Consultant, Bertie has shown fantastic progression and established himself as an important part of the business.

Through his hard work and growing knowledge of the Lloyd’s market, Bertie has continued to develop his presence across the insurance market and make a strong contribution to the team.

This promotion reflects the commitment and ambition Bertie has demonstrated throughout his time at HFG.
