Michael Bavington

has worked in asset finance since graduating in accountancy in 1987. He joined Hanover Financial Group in 1999 from Daiwa Europe Bank where he was responsible for developing a leasing business into one with an asset base of c.£100m. Michael specializes in financing vendors and service providers, particularly in the health sector.
